CONSENT

Instructions:

Applications are heard on the third Tuesday of every month, subject to change as necessary.

A complete application must be received 60 days prior to the date of the meeting.

Pre-consultation with the Planning Department is required.

Complete all sections of the application.

If required, include the authorization of the registered property owner(s) using the "Owner Authorization" section.

Applications for Consent must include a complete survey sketch prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS), and include all applicable items noted in Section 19 of this application.

Submit the completed application, all supporting material, and applicable fees to the Planning Department.

Fees are subject to change.

Cheques are to be made payable to the Town of Kingsville.

Incomplete applications may be returned to the applicant.

Administration reserves the right to request additional information.

Type of Application and Applicable Fees:

Consent - Lot Creation or Lot Addition - Fee: $1,250 + ERCA Fee: $300 = $1,550

Consent - Severance of Surplus Dwelling - Fee: $2,500 + ERCA Fee $400 = $2,900 (Please Note: Zoning Amendment application must also be completed & submitted)

Consent with Minor Variance - Fee: $1,750 + ERCA Fee: $375 = $2,215 (Please Note: Minor Variance application must also be completed & submitted)

Additional Lot - $350 per lot
