Declaration

• It is understood that all works will be constructed, altered, maintained or operated at the expense of the undersigned and that work must not commence before a permit has been issued by the Town of Kingsville.
• The issuance of a permit by the Town of Kingsville does not relieve the holder of the responsibility of complying with relevant by-laws, municipal regulations and requirements of other regulatory agencies.
• All works must be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Kingsville before the completion date shown on the form or the deposit will be forfeited.
• Any defective conditions must be corrected to the satisfaction of the Town of Kingsville, who may, in the interest of protection of the public, direct immediate repairs or removal of the works by Town forces at the expense of the applicant.
• Each encroachment or miscellaneous works must be designed, constructed and maintained in a manner suitable to the Town.
