Community Clean-up

Do you like to garden? Are you looking for quick ways to give back to the community you love? Sign up to help with weeding some of Kingsville's community gardens and trails. 

This is a great opportunity to socialize with friends, get active, and make a noticable difference in your community. While this is primarily an independent initiative, our Parks Supervisor will be available for regular check-ins to offer support to volunteers. Sign up to get started. 

Participant Agreement

Participants taking part in any beautification efforts, including but not limited to park and trail clean-ups, garden bed maintenance, or any other related activities, whether during times established by the Town of Kingsville or undertaken independently, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of Kingsville, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, Councillors, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage that the Town of Kingsville may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of action, or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of Kingsville arising out of, during, or as a result of participation in such activities, save and except any liability, loss, or damage that is the result of or arises from the sole negligence of the Town of Kingsville, its agents, servants, or employees.
