Park Access Permit Form

A park access permit is required when residents conduct work to their property that requires access through a public park. Read the information, fill out and submit the form below to apply for a Park Access Permit.

Declaration

• After permit approval, a fee of $50.00/per day will be charged to the applicant until all work within the scope of the permit is completed.

• As a condition of the issuance of a permit by the Town of Kingsville, the Applicant agrees that they shall comply with relevant laws, municipal by-laws and regulations, and any other applicable requirements of other regulatory agencies.
  
  

• The Town reserves the right to refuse access under this permit if it has reason to believe that there has been a violation of the permit's terms, or if there is a foreseeable risk of harm to any person or damage to the Town's property. The Town also reserves the right to refuse access under this permit if it deems such access to be detrimental to public safety, order, or the proper use of Town property.”

• The Applicant shall be solely responsible for any and all damage caused to Town property arising from their use, whether directly or indirectly. The Applicant agrees to promptly repair any such damage to the satisfaction of the Town and compensate the Town for any cost incurred by the Town to repair any damage.

• The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town, its employees, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Applicant's use of Town land, including any claims made by third parties.
