The Great Migration Paint Out - Teacher's Form
This form is specifically intended for educators who are submitting a list of students names.
The submitter must be prepared to appropriately tag all artwork, tags will be provided in an email once the form is submitted. You may only submit one piece of artwork per child.
All unclaimed art and prizes won will be returned to the indicated school/teacher's classroom after the event. The submitter is responsible for the allocation of the art and prizes to appropriate child.

The Children and Youth category of the Great Migration Paint Out will take place from September 27 to October 10, 2025. You can register until September 26, 2025 to be a part of the contest.
The art created must be submitted to the Kingsville Arena (1741 Jasperson Dr, Kingsville, ON N9Y 2E4) by October 10, 2025 by 4:30 pm.
It is FREE to be a part of this contest.

This competition is an outdoor painting, “en plein air” art competition for children and youth. Enjoy nature and capture a moment and memory on paper or canvas.

Rules
- Art must be completed between Saturday, September 27 to Friday, October 10, 2025.
- Art must be original work, without the aid of photography or additional instruction.
- Artwork must be drawn or painted entirely outdoors.
- Artwork must depict a scene from Kingsville, Ontario.
- Canvases are best, but if using paper, ensure it’s attached to a study support (cardstock paper, Bristol board, cardboard, etc.).
- Recommended size is 8” by 10”.
- Art must be submitted by October 10, 2025 by 4:30 pm to the Kingsville Arena (1741 Jasperson Dr, Kingsville, ON N9Y 2E4).
Judging of the Youth and Children categories will take place the following week and all submissions will be put on display at the Great Migration Paint Out Show and Sale on October 19, 2025at Grovedale Arts and Culture Centre (103 Park St, Kingsville) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The artists are encouraged to attend. The award ceremony will take place at 4:00 pm.
Artists are required to leave their artwork until the end of the exhibition at 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 19. Unsold artwork may be picked up at the Grovedale Arts and Culture Centre on Sunday October 19, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Monday, October 20 at the Kingsville Arena from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Barring any special arrangements, any artwork not removed by 5:00 pm Monday becomes the property of the Town of Kingsville and will be disposed of as they see fit.
