The Fantasy of Lights Parade is Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The deadline to fill out the form is November 13, 2026.

Instructions on staging (lining up) and destaging (unloading/exiting after the parade is over) will be sent closer to the event date, including where you are in the line-up and what time to arrive to line up.

It is FREE to enter the parade. Floats are to be Christmas or winter-themed. No Santa Claus performers will be allowed, Santa Claus will be riding with the fire department.

For Bands/Performers: if you are requesting payment for your attendance, it is mandatory to email specialevents@kingsville.ca before submitting this form.

Type of Entry

Please indicate all that are relevant.

Example 1: If you are entering a pickup truck with a walking group behind it, please choose float + walking group.

Example 2: If you are a concert band that plays on a flatbed trailer, please choose float + band/musical performance

Please note, parade entries are majority sound-playing floats. As such, we cannot guarantee sound-playing floats to be beside a non-sound-playing float. Our priority is that bands and animal groups will have quieter floats near them.

Please note, not all requests for honorarium will be approved. Honorariums are generally reserved for performing bands. Please email specialevents@kingsville.ca to explain your request.
