Election Accommodation Request Form

For those voters who require an accommodation or assistance and wish to vote in person at any of our locations, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate. The Town will have accessible/assistive voting technology at all Advance Vote Locations and its two (2) largest Voting Places (Grovedale Arts and Culture and Gosfield Communications Community Centre) on Voting Day.

We acknowledge that accessibility needs are individual and often unique to a person, we encourage voters and/or caregivers/support workers to reach out to us in advance to ensure that we are prepared to assist voters.
