Spay or Neuter Voucher Application (Feral Cats)

Important Notes:

• Vouchers are issued in the amount of $75.00 and are valid for 90 days from Date of Issue;
• Vouchers may only be used for spays/neuters;
• Vouchers may not be combined; and,
• All Feral Cats that undergo a spay/neuter procedure will automatically be eartipped to mark the cat as feral

In order to be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• They are at least 18 years of age.
• They are a resident of the Town of Kingsville.
• Their primary residence is located in the Town of Kingsville.

The information I have provided is complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I am at least 18 years of age, a resident of the Town of Kingsville and my primary place of residence is within the Town of Kingsville. I understand that if I do not sign this application, this application will not be processed. I understand that vouchers are issued on a first come, first serve basis. I understand that vouchers expire after  90 days from the Date of Issue.  If I am unable or decide not to use the vouchers that are issued to me, I agree to return the vouchers to the Town of Kingsville.
