Interment Request

This form may be used by funeral homes and individuals for all Interment Requests. Please ensure all information is accurate when completing this form. Please do not use all capital letters when completing this form. While every effort will be made to accommodate an Interment Request, requests are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Interment Fees

All fees listed hereunder are imposed pursuant to the Town's Cemetery By-law and Fees and Charges By-law. The Town's Cemetery Services price list can be found here.

Fees include opening and closing of the grave, lowering/raising device and grass and seeding, where applicable. The Town of Kingsville does not conduct interments on Sundays or Statutory Holidays. Further, interments are limited to the following time periods:

Weekdays from 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

BAO Consumer Protection Fee - this fee is mandatory and funds the Bereavement Authority of Ontario's (BAO) regulatory work, which includes protecting the public interest and ensuring that licensed bereavement businesses and professionals comply with the law.
