Cemetery Lot Purchase Inquiry

The Town of Kingsville owns 12 cemeteries, with eight (8) active and four (4) historic cemeteries. The Town of Kingsville's Cemeteries By-law permits a full body interment to be supplemented by two (2) cremated remains in a single Lot, or four (4) cremated remains in a single Lot. Each Lot is approximately 3’4” x 8’ (three feet four inches by eight feet), and the cost per Lot is laid out in the Town of Kingsville’s Cemetery Services Price List.

Interment Rights Holder Information

The Interment Rights Holder is the individual who owns Interment Rights, and will make the determination as to who is Interred in each Lot under their ownership.

Purchaser Information

The Purchaser will be responsible for providing payment for the Lot Purchase, and signing the Cemetery Services Contract. The Purchaser does not have to be the same as the Interment Rights Holder.
