APPLICATION FOR

ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT OR "H" REMOVAL

Instructions

Pre-consultation with the Planning Department is required.

Complete all sections of the application.

If required, include the authorization of the registered property owner(s) using the "Owner Authorization" section.

Applications must include two copies of all supporting plans with all appropriate details relating to the requested amendment.

Submit the completed application, all supporting material, and applicable application fees to the Planning Department.

Incomplete applications may be returned to the applicant.

Administration reserves the right to request additional information.

Fees

Fees are subject to change. Cheques are made payable to the Town of Kingsville.

Type of application:

Zoning By-Law Amendment - Fee: $3,500 + ERCA Fee: $400 = $3,900

Zoning By-Law Amendment - Severance of Surplus Dwelling - Fee: $2,500 + ERCA Fee $400 = $2,900 (Please Note: Consent application must also be completed & submitted)

"H" Removal - Fee: $1,000 + ERCA Fee: $275 = $1,275

Amendment to Allow a Temporary Use - Fee: $1,525 + ERCA Fee: $275 = $1,800

Amendment to Extend Temporary Use - Fee: $925 + ERCA Fee $275 = $1,200

Zoning By-Law Amendment with Official Plan Amendment: Fee: $5,000 + ERCA Fee: $400 = $5,400 (Please Note: Official Plan Amendment application must also be completed & submitted)
