SITE PLAN APPROVAL OR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT

DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT OR AMENDMENT

Instructions:

Pre-consultation with the Planning Department is required.

Complete all sections of the application.

If required, include the authorization of the registered property owner(s) using the "Owner Authorization" section.

All supporting plans with appropriate details relating to the request must be submitted with the application. Electronic format (PDF) is required, and ledger size (11" x 17") is preferred for any plans submitted on paper.

Please refer to the "Site Plan Drawing Requirements" section to ensure plans submitted are sufficient.

Submit the completed application, all supporting material, and application fees to the Planning Department.

Incomplete applications may be returned to the applicant.

Administration reserves the right to request additional information.

Fees:

Fees are subject to change.

Cheques are to be made payable to the Town of Kingsville.  

Securities - Site Plan approvals are subject to the collection of securities at the time of Building Permit issuance. Securities are based on the total value of the project in question.
