Written notice of an appeal must be made within ten (10) days of the Clerk's decision to refuse to issue a Licence, or revoke or suspend a Licence. The fee to file an appeal is $100.00 and is non-refundable. This is set as per the Town’s Fees and Charges By-law and is subject to change.
