Large Holiday Display Permit Application

To assemble or operate a Large Holiday Display in the Town of Kingsville, you must obtain a permit issued by the Town (in accordance with By-law 85-2024).

"Large Holiday Display" means an exterior display of lights and decorations that are temporarily installed on private property that can be reasonably expected to create or has previously created Nuisance Impacts in the sole discretion of the Clerk and the Supervisor of By-law Enforcement.

The applicant hereby applies for a Holiday Display Permit in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act and By-law 85-2024. The applicant understands and acknowledges that neither the issuance of a Holiday Display Permit nor the carrying out of inspection by the Town shall relieve them from responsibility to comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and by-laws.
