Paperless Billing

Go paperless!  The Town of Kingsville is always looking for ways to improve services for our community. When enrolling for this service, you agree to receive an electronic copy of your bill in place of your paper bill. 

Paperless billing has many convenient features and benefits, such as:

• It's free.
• It's a simple and convenient way to receive your bill.
• You receive an email notification as soon as your bill is issued.
• You're able to see your bill faster than if it were sent via regular mail.
• You can save or print a PDF version of your bill.
• You are reducing paper waste.

To register, please complete and submit the form below. Additional Acount Numbers may be added as long it is the same Account Name. 

Please note if your request is received within two weeks of the normal mailing date, this service will commence the following bill period. 

All information collected is for the Town of Kingsville use ONLY.

The privacy and accuracy of my email address is my responsibility.

The Town of Kingsville is not responsible for emails deemed not received.  It is my responsibility to ensure my email filters (ex. junk, spam) allow mail to be received from noreply@kingsville.ca. Should my email address become invalid or if I want my bill sent to a different email address, it is my responsibility to contact the Town of Kingsville.

If my bill is not paid by the due date, I understand that overdue notices will be sent by regular mail (Canada Post).  In the event of mail disruption, delivery of these notices may be affected, however, I am still subject to the standard non-payment procedures and penalties.

If I wish to cancel this service, I will notify the Town of Kingsville. Any change or cancellation does not terminate any obligation to the Town of Kingsville.

The Town of Kingsville reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time.
