If my bill is not paid by the due date, I understand that overdue notices will be sent by regular mail (Canada Post). In the event of mail disruption, delivery of these notices may be affected, however, I am still subject to the standard non-payment procedures and penalties.
If I wish to cancel this service, I will notify the Town of Kingsville. Any change or cancellation does not terminate any obligation to the Town of Kingsville.
