Vendor Application Form 2026 

The Town of Kingsville hosts a variety of events over the course of the year, which often includes a vendor market portion. 

All of our markets are juried. Organizers reviews vendors on the novelty of products offered, balancing new and returning vendors, and balancing the number of each type of vendor. Please ensure you are including photos of your wares when prompted.

If approved to attend, we will contact you with the payment form.

Kingsville Nature and Garden Show

WHEN: May 2, 2026, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

WHO: Vendors must sell gardening, nature, or planting related products, environmentally-safe and sustainable products, and wares that support environmental stewardship and health and wellness. 

WHERE: Inside Grovedale Arts and Culture Centre

WHAT: A single 8-foot table is provided; there may be options for a double space.

HOW MUCH: $20.00/single space

Kingsville Block Party

WHEN: June 20 (Cottam), July 18, August 15, 2026, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

WHO: We welcome all types of vendors; only one of each direct-sales company vendor will be allowed and products must be family-appropriate. We are seeking food trucks and food vendors.

WHERE: Outside - this is a street festival, in Cottam at the intersection of County Road 34 and Belle River Road, and in Kingsville at the intersection of King Street/Chestnut Street.

WHAT: 10' by 10' spaces. No electricity nor equipment (tables, tents, chairs) are provided.

HOW MUCH: $55.00 per event

*Note: If you are approved to register, you will be able to choose which dates you would like to attend. You are not required to attend all four events.

Kingsville Canada Day Celebration

WHEN: Wednesday, July 1, 2026

WHO: We welcome all types of vendors; only one of each direct-sales company vendor will be allowed and products must be family-appropriate. We are seeking food trucks and food vendors. 

WHERE: Outside - the Kingsville Recreation Sports Complex sports fields (rain plan to go inside for a limited amount of vendors)

WHAT: 10' by 10' spaces. No electricity nor equipment (tables, tents, chairs) are provided.

HOW MUCH:

Food Vendor Fee: $110.00

Merchandise Vendor Fee: $55.00

Migration Festival's Migration Market

WHEN: Saturday, October 17, 2026 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

WHO: Seeking cozy fall vibes, artisan crafts, items which complements the arts

WHERE: Inside Lakeside Park Pavilion (315 Queen Street)

WHAT: A single 8-foot table is provided; there may be options for a double space.

HOW MUCH: $45.00/single space

WHEN: Tuesday, December 1, 2026

WHO: Pet-friendly vendors who sell products for pets and the people who love their pets

WHERE: Inside Lakeside Park Pavilion

WHAT: A single 8-foot table is provided; there may be options for a double space.

HOW MUCH: $10.00/single space

WHEN: Saturday, December 5, 2026 and Sunday, December 6, 2026

*Vendors must be willing to commit to both days to attend.

WHO: Seeking unique gifts for all ages, tasty treats, apparel items

WHERE: Inside Lakeside Park Pavilion

WHAT: A single 8-foot table is provided; there may be options for a double space.

HOW MUCH: $105.00/single space and $205/double space
